Q: What inspired you to draw?
BRW: When I was young my father and I sat down and watched the anime DragonBallZ. I asked him so many questions like "How do they do that?" and "Are those reall people!?" He told me, of course, no they are not real. And how they were hand-drawn by people in Japan. I was fasinated with this "drawing motion" which now I know is called "animation" and began teaching myself ever since that. Then I came across the kick-ass show called BeyBlade, that inspired me even more. And then deviantart came into the picture, and that site totally improved me a lot
Q: What art materials do you use for your drawings?
BRW: I use mostly traditional type media. Stuff like colored pencils (Pencil crayons) and markers. I have 120 Faber Castell colored pencil set, along with a 120 Prisma colored pencil sketch as well. I own a nice variety of copic markers and also a bunch of prisma markers as well. I have more prismas that copics though. I also have some watercolor, oil color, and acrylic paints that I use for backgrounds of my drawings. As for putting shine in my picture I use a white gel pen. To blend the colors together I use a woodless white Koh-I-Noor colored pencil.
Q: Can I get a request/art trade from you?
BRW: requests, no...art trades, maybe. I am way too busy with my outside life to be working on drawing all day and night. Therefore no requests. However for art trades, if I like your style and I am not too busy, I might consider doing a trade with you. However if I say 'no' don`t start throwing a fit and saying you hate my living guts. That is very hurtful...
Q: Okay then, how about commisions?
BRW: Yes, Only deviantart Subscriptions and money though. But I would prefer a deviantart subscription because it is easier for me to work with.
Q: What does BRW stand for? And what does Doraigaa mean?
BRW: BRW stands for my old deviantart account`s username. It is BloodReddWolf. B = Blood R= Redd W= Wolf. See simple as that. As for Doraigaa, that is the Japanese name for Driger. Driger is Rei`s BitBeast from BeyBlade. He is a white tiger and I loved his japanese name a lot.
Q: How long does it take you to finish a drawing? Background and all.
BRW: Well that depends. If it is a commision I will try and finish that sooner before an art trade or gift. But usually if I stick with the picture and not stop for breaks, it`ll take make 2 1/3 hours to complete. But however if I take breaks for my life and living, it`ll probably take 1 - 2 days to finish. However if the artist or commisioner continues to complain I will put it at the bottom of my list.
